We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-Commerce Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our e-commerce team. The E-Commerce Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of e-commerce associates, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer service. This role involves a combination of leadership, strategy, and hands-on involvement in maintaining a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of e-commerce associates, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service.
Monitor and manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory updates, order processing, and returns.
Oversee the timely fulfilment of customer orders, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives across e-commerce platforms.
Ensure the website is updated with accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information, working closely with the content and merchandising teams.
Maintain and update inventory levels on e-commerce platforms, coordinating with the inventory and logistics teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and shipping partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment and product availability.
Assist with the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to grow the online business, enhance the customer experience, and drive revenue.
Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of e-commerce associates, providing feedback and development opportunities to ensure high team productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, e-commerce platform regulations, and legal requirements in all transactions and operations.
Perform regular audits of product listings, stock levels, and website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Assist in managing budgets related to e-commerce operations and monitor expenses to meet financial targets.
Report on e-commerce performance, sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and any operational issues to the Manager or Director.
