Our client was founded in 1996 as a General Building Contractor accredited by CIDB. Over time, the company has amassed significant expertise and experience across diverse construction domains, including earthworks, infrastructure, industrial and commercial buildings, as well as interior finishing and alteration works. Renowned as a reliable Main Contractor, they excel in streamlining supply chain operations and leveraging project management software and systems effectively.

In 2009, the company successfully implemented an integrated ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety System.

Position : Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Solaris Mont' Kiara, KL

Responsibilities:

Report to the Board of Directors.
Able to work independently and assist the contract department for both pre and post-contract which include tendering exercises and preparing main contractor claims
Attend tender and site progress meeting
Communicate and liaise with consultants and subcontractors

工作要求

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Ms Office, AutoCad
Applicants must possess their own transport.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM 4,000 to RM 5,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit:
Parking Allowance
Working Days: Office based (5 days work week) : Mon – Friday
