Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated individual to support both talent acquisition activities and the engagement of candidates for our Career Transformation Program. This role blends recruitment responsibilities with business development–style engagement, helping connect talents with opportunities while promoting career development solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)

• Source, screen, and engage candidates for various job openings
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, coordination, offer follow-up)
• Work closely with hiring teams and clients to understand hiring needs
• Maintain candidate database and ensure smooth hiring pipeline tracking

Career Transformation Engagement

• Introduce and promote the Career Transformation Program to potential candidates
• Engage with job seekers to understand their career goals and recommend suitable pathways
• Support outreach activities (career fairs, campus events, online engagement)
• Follow up with interested candidates and guide them through program registration

General Support

• Assist in employer and candidate coordination during events or campaigns
• Provide feedback and insights on market trends and candidate needs
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment and engagement strategies
