Manage and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade customers and retail chains.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts.
Coordinate product listings, new product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns with customers.
Monitor sales performance, stock levels, orders and product movement across key accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and recommend suitable products and promotional activities to customers.
Conduct regular customer visits and store checks to monitor product visibility, merchandising and promotional execution.
Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Warehouse and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer support.
Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts and account updates for management review.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
Support E-commerce activities, including product updates, promotions, campaigns and coordination with relevant internal teams.
Support company events, exhibitions and promotional activities, including preparation, coordination and on-site execution when required.
Assist in coordinating promotional materials, displays and product arrangements for retail and event activities.

工作要求

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Retail management or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in Sales, Key Account, Modern Trade or Retail.
Strong communication, negotiation & customer relationship skills.
Sales-driven, proactive and target-oriented.
Interest or experience in Modern Trade & E-commerce.
Willing to support events, exhibitions & promotional activities.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
Valid driving licence and willing to travel for customer visits.
Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
