Position Description

Responsible for handling customer enquiries, recommending suitable corporate gift products and printing solutions, preparing quotations, following up with customers, processing confirmed orders, and achieving assigned sales targets. This is an office-based sales position focused on customer service, sales conversion, and order coordination.

Job Description :

· Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and walk-in customers.

· Prepare accurate quotations and send them to customers promptly.

· Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat orders and new sales opportunities.

· Handle customer complaints or order issues professionally and coordinate internally for solutions.

· Achieve the individual monthly sales target assigned by the company.

· Perform other sales and administrative duties assigned by the Sales Manager.
