JOB SCOPE – RETAIL ASSISTANT
🛍️ Sales & Customer Service
Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
Explain product features, sizing, and usage
Encourage add-on sales and promotions

🏪 Shop Operations
Maintain shop cleanliness and neat product displays
Arrange and restock merchandise
Ensure price tags and displays are correct
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor when low

💰 Cashier Duties
Handle cash and cashless payments
Issue receipts and ensure correct billing
Manage daily sales records (basic level)

📦 Stock Handling
Assist in receiving and checking new stock
Help with simple stock counting and labeling
Report damaged or missing items

📱 Basic Online Support (Optional / Bonus)
Assist with WhatsApp or social media customer enquiries
Pack online orders (if required)

Work well with team members
Follow shop SOP and instructions
Be punctual, honest, and responsible

🎯 Requirements
No experience required (training provided)
Able to communicate in basic BM / English
Willing to learn and have positive attitude
Interest in retail / motorcycles is a plus

🕒 Working Hours
Full-time (1 day off / week)
Mon-Friday (10am - 6pm) , Sat-Sun (10am-8pm)
Able to work on weekend and public holidays
