We are seeking a committed and diligent Production Supervisor to oversee the efficient and effective production operations at our manufacturing facility. Your proficiency in production planning and scheduling is required for this full-time role in order to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

1.        Develop and implement production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets

2.      Monitor and optimise production processes to maximise efficiency and productivity

3.      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operations

4.      Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets
