Salary:

Executive Level: RM 5,000 – RM 7,000/month
Manager Level: RM 12,000 – RM 18,000/month

Overview:
A Singapore-based interior design firm is seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Executive / Manager to spearhead its expansion across Malaysia. The role is based in Johor Bahru with nationwide coverage, managing the entire BD process from lead generation to project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the company’s presence in Malaysia
• Identify and secure residential and commercial projects nationwide
• Liaise between Johor office and Singapore HQ; report to Managing Director
• Build strong networks with property developers, contractors, agencies, and clients
• Represent the brand at industry events and networking platforms
• Collaborate with project/design teams for smooth handovers and delivery
• Conduct market research and prepare proposals, close deals, and support onboarding
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline and performance
