We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Assistant Manager, Sales (Roofing) to support sales growth and business development for aluminium roofing products in the Malaysia market. This role focuses on project-based selling, key account management, and building strong industry relationships to drive revenue and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Drive and expand sales for aluminium roofing products within Malaysia
Identify and secure new projects through specification, tender, and direct sales channels
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Client & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, fabricators, and business owners
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery

Market Intelligence & Strategy

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Provide insights and feedback to support business strategies and decision-making

Sales Operations

Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely conversion of projects
Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain updated sales pipeline
Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Production, Operations, Technical) to ensure smooth execution and delivery

工作要求

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
3–5 years of sales experience in roofing, building materials, construction, or related industries
Strong network with contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and fabricators in Malaysia
Proven track record in sales prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
Good understanding of project-based selling in construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic order systems
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently
Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia
