About the Role

GenTech AI Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and forward-thinking AI Agent & Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. This full-time position, based in Kuala Lumpur, offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge web technologies with a strong focus on AI Agent development. If you're passionate about both full stack development and the future of intelligent web systems, this role is for you.

We will provide hands-on training in AI Agent development tools and frameworks. Candidates with existing experience in AI Agents will be at a distinct advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver intelligent web applications
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using modern web frameworks
• Build robust back-end systems using server-side technologies and scalable architecture
• Integrate AI Agents (such as custom agents using LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI/DeepSeek, Vector DB, or similar frameworks) into web platforms to automate workflows, enhance user experience, and drive innovation
• Participate in full SDLC: planning, development, deployment, monitoring, and support
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
• Stay updated with industry trends in both web and AI development
• Troubleshoot, debug, and provide technical support when needed
